Detectors designing is a key aspect for the developmentof the new millimeter wave systems. In this paper twodetectors in microstrip technology are presented. They use zerobias Schottky diodes to detect signals from low frequency to 40GHz. High sensibility, flat frequency response and ultrabroadbandare the main features of these designs. They are also cheapand easy to mount because they have been built using microstriptechnology. This paper explains most technological questionswhich must be taken into account to design such detectors.
