This paper presents the design of several distributed filters using low temperature co-fired ceramics (LTCC) technology. The main interest in this work is studying the passive circuit integration capabilities of the techonlogy as well as 3D analysis methodology. In order to achieve this, different kinds of filters in low and medium microwave bands are realized and measured.
