Resumen:

This paper presents the design of a lumped filterusing low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) technology. Themain target is to demonstrate that LTCC lumped filters canhighly reduce the size of low frecuency devices. A two orderlumped filter is designed at 2.45 GHz using admittance inverters.It is done a whole characteritation of capacitors and inductorsusing Momentum and Multilib and finally the lumped filteris optimized and simulated with a full-wave EM CAD. It isdemonstrated that results agree with EM simulations, thus, LTTCis a good option to integrate low frecuency microwave filters usinglumped elements.
