Javier Carretero Moya was born in Madrid on June 16, 1982. He received the
M.Sc. degree and the Dr. Eng / Ph. D. degree in telecommunication
engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM) Spain, in
2006 and 2011, respectively.
From 2006 to 2011, he was a graduate research associate at the
Microwave and Radar Research Group (GMR) of the Universidad Politécnica de
Madrid working in the development of high resolution radars and the
implementation of real time signal processing systems. His research
activities are in the area of high resolution radar, real time signal
processing, radar signal processing and detection theory.*
