Public transportation is available from Baraja's airport.
We suggest to take the Metro (underground) with the following

Cristal Station to Argüelles
Station
Line 3 (yellow): from
Argüelles Station to Moncloa Station
The complex is about five minutes walking from Moncloa Station through Parque del Oeste
